We also want them to develop a healthy life style.  Kids do not get enough exercise today but around here you get a lot of exercise - whether it is gymnastics, dance, cheerleading or other sports - but do not tell them.  It happens to be our secret.  Our motto is "having fun with exercise" but most of the kids "think" they are just having fun.  Our web site is also very functional.  Here you can learn about us or get answers to frequently asked questions.
