| Precision instruction & dry-land training. Gain the strength, flexibility and self-awareness needed to become a more successful diver. Learn how to spin and twist faster with increased confidence and control. Refine your hurtle techniques and become more familiar with the movments of your body. Learn to recognize your potential and overcome "make believe" limitations. Training equipment includes trampoline, belts and harness system, tumble-track and spring floor. |
