| Fitness Cross-Training Classes (Adult) (FCT) |
| A fitness class using cross training and basic fitness movements to challenge all levels. Areas of focus include cardio, abs, legs and chest. Students have the opportunity to attend 3 sessions per week as part of their tuition costs. |

| Supervised Weight Training Classes (Adult) (SWT) |
| A small group personal training session which is designed to help you understand each piece of equipment, how to use tem correctly and to design a personalized circuit training workout which is targeted to meet your goals. Students attend 1 session per week as part of their tuition costs. |

| Weight Training |
| Personal and group weight training available daily. (Muscle Groups will change daily and bi-weekly) |
| Athletes |
| Recommended for all athletes in Sports Camps, Sports Classes and Team Classes. |
