This program introduces toddlers to gymnastics essentials through obstacle courses and skill repetition. Parents/caregivers assist tots in their activities.

This program is for children who are ready to participate without help from a parent or caregiver. Children will be taught basic gymnastics skills through obstical courses and themes. Groups are divided by skill level and age.

| Kids and Teens Recreational Classes - Boys (RB) |
This program teaches boys artistic gymnastics in fun and creative ways. Stations for practicing skills and drills keep gymnasts moving. Classes are progressive. Before classes start, boys will be tested and placed into one of four levels - 1, 2a, 2b, or 3.

For gymnasts seeking more time in the gym or a more challenging experience. Ideal for those who want to pursue team in the future. By invitation or tryout (3.5 - 5 years old use an obstacle course format).

| Competes within the State of PA. USAG Levels 5-7. Practice schedule is 12 to 15 hours per week. We believe gymnasts can compete and still have fun. Our gymnasts feel good about theirselves. |

| Adult Gymnastics & Fitness Combo Classes (AG) |
Participate in gymnastics and fitness an have fun! Participants will spend one half hour stretching and strength conditioning and one half hour on gymnastics skills. Instructors will supervise and assist gymnasts as they work independantly.
