New students can join at any time.  We will pro-rate a session for new students only.  We encourage all new customers to enroll on our CLASS SCHEDULE AND ENROLLMENT PAGE so that we can receive all of the required information accurately.  Please review all of our policies:  Annual Registration Fee, Class Sessions, Class Rates, Make Up Classes, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Tuition Policy below before enrolling.

Registration forms and consent / release waivers must be agreed to and accepted on-line as part of the enrollment process and/or signed by the parent or guardian before participation. Check or Money Order should be made payable to "Montco Gym". We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. 

Annual Registration Fee 

There is a $25 annual registration fee per student, with a maximum fee of $60 per family annually.  This registration fee will be charged to your account on an annual basis covering the school year.

2010-2011 Class Sessions

Summer:  July 12 - August 28
Fall I:       September 7 – October 30
Fall II:     November 1 – December 24
Winter I:  January 3 – February 26
Winter II: February 28 - April 23
Spring:     April 25 - June 18

Class Rates

Later this year we will be able to show our class rates with each class.  Until then you can calculate the approximate class cost by using $15.00 per hour.  Most 1 hour classes are $120 for the 8 week session.  Most 1.5 hour classes are $168 for the 8 week session. 

Make Up Classes

Please call to schedule a time for a make up class.  There are no refunds or pro-rating due to missed classes.

Privacy Policy

Montgomery County Sports & Performance Center will not give email addresses or any other information concerning our customers to any other source. We will not send you any unsolicited email - only email concerning the status of your orders, registrations, reservations or other information you have requested. 

Refund Policy

Montgomery County Sports Performance Center has a NO REFUND policy for fees, tuitions and down payments made to hold reservations.  For clothing or sporting goods bought at our center or on-line, there is a 15% plus freight restocking fee on returns. 

Tuition Policy

Tuition payments and registration fees are due at the time of registration and before admitance will be granted into a class session.
