Policies & Registration
Registration forms and consent / release waivers must be agreed to and accepted on-line as part of the enrollment process and/or signed by the parent or guardian before participation. Check or Money Order should be made payable to "Montco Gym". We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
There is a $25 annual registration fee per student, with a maximum fee of $60 per family annually. This registration fee will be charged to your account on an annual basis covering the school year.
Summer: June 18 - August 11
Fall I: September 4 – October 27
Fall II: October 29 – December 22
Winter I: January 2 – February 23
Winter II: February 25 - April 20
Spring: April 22 - June 15
Class rates are shown for each class either under Forms or as you go through the enrollment process, the class cost is shown.

We are grouping the children also by age. We are also holding a strict coach/student ratio of 6 to 1 for pre-school and 8 to 1 for our recreational classes.
Because we pay our coaches and other costs for every class, missed classes will not be prorated or refunded. However, we try to offer make up classes (as a convenience to our customers) as long as you are enrolled in that current session and space is available. Makeups must be made during the same session as classes missed. We will allow one (1) makeup to be carried over to the immediate next session as long as you have enrolled in that next session. Our attendance records are kept to track our student/teacher ratio, our employees are not responsible to research missed classes for makeup purposes. Makeups include, but are not limited to, classes missed due to illness, vacations, scheduled holidays or inclement weather.
We always give cash receipts. If you do not receive a cash receipt, please request one. Any discrepancies with any form of payment (cash, credit or check) can not be considered without proof of payment (i.e. cash receipt, credit card receipt or statement, or cancelled check). As a reminder, you can view and validate your account on-line at any time.
Montgomery County Sports & Performance Center will not give email addresses or any other information concerning our customers to any other source. We will not send you any unsolicited email - only email concerning the status of your orders, registrations, reservations or other information you have requested.
Montgomery County Sports Performance Center has a NO REFUND policy for fees, tuitions and down payments made to hold reservations. For clothing or sporting goods bought at our center or on-line, there is a 15% plus freight restocking fee on returns.
Tuition payments and registration fees are due at the time of registration and before admitance will be granted into a class session.
