Have you ever noticed that businesses seem to be partial to new customers?  Why do new customers always get the best deals??  Well we all know that every business is dependent on continuously winning new customers - but once in a while businesses need to say THANKYOU to the customers who have been loyal supporters for many months and years. 

As we are looking forward to moving to our new facility, we think that this is a good time to say THANKYOU to our loyal customers who have kept us successful for nearly FIVE years now!

In conjunction with our new gym and our new web-site, we also have a new back office system.  This new system allows for our schedule of classes to be maintained on-line and for our customers to be able to sign-in, view the schedule, to enroll in classes and even to pay their bills all on-line.  New customers will have the ability to start their account in this fashion but since existing customers already have an account with us - we will need your help in matching your email and password to your existing account.

Since we need to ask for your help in matching up your account, we are asking you (over the next few weeks and must be done before the end of May 2010), to check in at the office and make sure we have your correct e-mail on file.  We will check your email and give you a starting password.  Then we need you to go on to our new web-site under INSTRUCTION and click "Class Schedule and Enrollment".   Follow the instructions for "Current Customers" and sign in.  Then review your profile so that we can make sure we have all of the correct information on file.

Now we get to the good part . . .  

If you sign up for at least $100 of any service during the summer, we will give you an extra 10% discount off of the new rates that will take effect with the new gym for one full year!  Even though our rates need to increase with the increased costs of the new gym and to be on-par with our competitors, our goal is to keep our prices nearly the same for existing customers for the first year in the new gym.   We also want to say thank you for being loyal customers for all of these months and years!
