Gymnastics classes teach new gymnastics skills at every lesson. Our program is well rounded with skill development in tumble track, vault, balance beam, bars, and tumbling. We also help the child’s ball handling skills, eye-hand coordination, eye-foot coordination, and all around physical fitness.

Dance/Gymnastics combination classes will introduce the beginner to the world of dance for 25 minutes and then the gymnastics center for 30 minutes. We will learn the basics of both Ballet and Jazz and the class will continue with the basics of gymnastics.

Cheer/Tumble Classes will introduce the world of cheerleading and tumbling in a fun and safe learning environment. We will work with motions, jumps, safe-pyramid building techniques, trampoline and tumbling skills.
