Our Mission
|
Montgomery County Gymnastics and Cheer Center is dedicated to families for the purpose of providing a "family" and safe atmosphere where all people are respected regardless of economic status, race, physical or mental abilities. We enjoy kids (of all ages) and want to help them develop healthy attitudes towards their self-worth, the self-worth of others and their ability to get along with each other socially or in a team setting.
We also want children to develop a healthy life style. Kids do not get enough physical activity today but around our gym they get a lot of exercise - but we keep it a secret. Our motto is "having fun with exercise" but most of the kids "think" they are just having fun.
We are committed to:
- Programs where all members of the family can participate from toddlers through the high school years (and parents too).
- Programs for children who have special needs including physical, mental or emotional.
- Provide a center that is valued by the community
- Offer activities where children can experience the importance of strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance through the value of a disciplined training regiment
- Offer special events that are family friendly and give parents "a break"!
